Job Description

We're growing-and we're looking for a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our team in Hickory, North Carolina.

This is a hands-on role for someone who's ready to take ownership of fiduciary litigation matters and support clients through estate administration with confidence and care.

What You'll Handle

* Will contests & trust disputes
* Challenges to estate documents (wills, trusts, POAs, etc.)
* Court appearances and motion practice
* Probate filings, inventory, and accountings
* Communicating with fiduciaries and beneficiaries

What We're Looking For

* 1+ years practicing law (litigation experience preferred)
* Licensed in North Carolina
* Strong legal research & writing skills
* Confident communicator-in and out of court
* Team-oriented with attention to detail
* Familiarity with probate & estate law is a must

We specifically need someone comfortable with fiduciary litigation and estate administration . You'll jump into a balanced caseload from day one.
