Eden Vista Fond du Lac , a well-established and a trusted provider in the assisted living space, and a proud member of Vista Senior Living Management, is looking for a CBRF Administrator to lead our memory care and long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for providing person-centered care in a supportive environment. This position requires autonomy, effective management of staff, and a commitment to upholding regulatory standards.

Position: CBRF Administrator

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Ensure that the housing property is supported by high quality programs and services which allow tenants to live in the most beneficial environment. Direct the property in such a way that meets the needs of the tenants and complies with and meets the goals of regulatory agencies and Eden Senior Care. They would be responsible for the overall management of building including, but not limited to public relations, marketing and oversight of the build and its programs.

Knowledge Qualifications:

  • At least two years’ experience working in an assisted living or CBRF setting.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and statutes that pertain to housing and landlord-tenant law.
  • Expertise in working with senior tenant populations.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise staff

Job Function Tasks:

  • Listen and respond appropriately and promptly to requests, suggestions, and concerns of tenants, family members, and guests.
  • Continuously assess tenants’ needs and strengths. Develop and implement policies, systems, programs, and services that meet tenants’ needs and utilize their strengths to support and maintain their independence and create an optimal quality of life.
  • Assess information from tenant satisfaction surveys and develop and implement a plan to address areas of concern and improve service effectiveness.
  • Network with agencies, service providers, and stakeholders to establish a positive image and presence in the greater community.
  • Coordinate and evaluate agreements with arranged home care providers, as needed
