Charity Event Assistant – Entry Level | Nonprofit Events & Community Engagement

• Manage day-of event logistics to ensure smooth operations from start to finish

• Greet and interact with attendees, offering friendly, informative support about our nonprofit partners

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

• Provide excellent customer service and handle any on-the-spot needs or challenges professionally

• Maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that reflects the mission and values of our clients

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an exceptional event experience

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, people-focused individuals with a self-motivated attitude

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in events, customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus (but not required)

• Ability to stay organized, multitask , and remain calm under pressure

• Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in public or high-traffic settings

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or GED required
