Outdoor Maintenance / Landscaping Crew (Gardener Role)

Outdoor Maintenance / Landscaping Crew (Gardener Role) Description:

Gardening team members are responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of the restaurant, including lawn care, plant maintenance, trimming bushes, removing debris, cleaning sidewalks and walkways, watering landscaping, sweeping, and assisting with seasonal exterior upkeep as needed. Team members will work independently or alongside a team leader to ensure all outdoor spaces meet Chick-fil-A’s cleanliness and presentation standards.

Desired Skills:

• Willingness to serve
• Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
• Demonstrates integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills: gets along well with others
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail-oriented
