Organization – Sales & Marketing Associate - Trainee
Justification:
This Sales & Marketing Associate – Trainee role is designed to provide immediate support with marketing coordination, while also serving as a pipeline for future talent. The position will rotate through key functions, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Outside, allowing the candidate to gain hands-on experience, contribute to departmental needs, and identify the best long-term fit. Rotation will be anywhere from 6-12 months. Upon completion of the rotation, the role is expected to transition into a permanent position aligned with both the candidate’s strengths and the company’s strategic priorities.

This role is designed to develop well-rounded professionals capable of contributing to various sales functions, while identifying the area where their skills and interests align best. Through assignments, mentorship, and real-world experience, the trainee will gain the knowledge and versatility needed to transition to a full-time position.
