You will lead Talent Acquisition in Germany and potentially other Northern European regions, working closely with myself, our business teams, and the wider International TA group. Key qualifications include: + Extensive experience managing recruitment across entry-level to senior roles within Germany. + Strong strategic thinking coupled with hands-on recruitment expertise. + Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously. + Fluency in both German and English.
