Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Premier Investment Solutions

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) | Contract or Employee depending on location

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing operations. In this generalist role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative, marketing, and operational tasks to help our team work efficiently and keep our real estate deals moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.

Communications & Coordination

  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Update and manage CRM data.
  • Act as a liaison between team members, vendors, and clients.

Marketing Support

  • Post and update property listings on MLS, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and other platforms.
  • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
  • Create and send email marketing campaigns.

Transaction & Project Support

  • Conduct property research, including pulling comps and market data.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Prepare property-related documentation and reports.

Other Tasks as Needed

  • Light bookkeeping support (tracking expenses, creating invoices).
  • Vendor coordination and follow-up.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of administrative or virtual assistant experience (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Podio, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.

Preferred

  • Experience in real estate, property management, or investments.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
  • Familiarity with listing platforms and social media marketing tools (Canva, Hootsuite, etc.).
